- Where is Ligyo's data hosted?
- User data is stored on Supabase in eu-west-3 (Paris). AI inference uses Mistral, hosted in France. Error monitoring uses Sentry, hosted in Germany. All processing happens within the European Union.
- Does Ligyo use user data to train AI?
- No. User data is never used to train any model. Queries sent to Mistral are used only to produce the immediate response and are not retained by the model provider.
- Does Ligyo comply with GDPR?
- Yes. Ligyo implements right to access, right to deletion, and right to data portability. Users can export their full archive as JSON and permanently delete their account from the app settings.
